I made this delicious low carb pork loin recipe to go along with my cheesy cauliflower casserole.

Low Carb Pork Tenderloin Recipe. Juicy Pork Loin wrapped in Bacon

I bought the pork loin from HEB.  This one is lemon pepper flavor, but there are other flavors and most would taste great with this recipe.  As you can tell form the label, this is just over a pound.

There are 2 grams of carb per 4 ounces. Since it is a pound, there is 16 ounces in a pound. That is 2 grams of carb per serving, not bad at all. Total of 8 grams in the entire pork loin.

Now, I grilled this but you can easily put it in the oven as well.

Low Carb Pork Loin Recipe

You will need:

 

  • 4 Servings
  • 2 Grams of Carbs per Serving

Instructions:

  • Season pork loin with Montreal Chicken Seasoning, and salt and pepper. Don’t go to overboard here, it’s already seasoned with Lemon Pepper.
  • Wrap bacon around pork tenderloin, use as much or as little as desired.
  • Now, season your bacon wrap.

For cooking oven: 

  • Cook in oven safe glass baking dish or a roasting pan.
  • Olive oil the bottom.
  • Place in 425 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Internal temperature should be 150 degrees.
  • Meat should have a light pinkish blush.
  • Let stand ten minutes before serving.

Grill:

  • Place pork tenderloin direct on grill at a medium heat.
  • Flip loin as side turns brown.
  • Cook 20 – 25 minutes.
  • Internal temperature should be 150 degrees.
  • Meat should have a light pinkish blush.
  • Let stand ten minutes before serving.
